| I was sitting at the Parker road intersection on Newberry road going home. I looked in the rear view mirror and saw a Ford Ranger coming up way too fast to stop. I started to pull to the right to get out of the way and he clipped me and went through the intersection. He then spun and hit the West End housing area brick wall. Still spinning and scrapping everywhere he never let off the throttle. He straightened out on Newberry again and tried to get away while I was flashing my lights and honking my horn. I realized he wasn’t going to stop so I called 911 and was on the phone with the dispatcher. I was chasing him at speeds around 65+ mph and the dispatcher asked my address of the incident and my reply was, “There is no address, I am chasing the guy that hit me.” As I say this he loses it after swerving around another car and the rear breaks loose and he hits the raised median. The truck goes sharply to the right and off the road and I pull over onto another road out of traffic and watched him go through a wooden fence and then strike a concrete light pole. The light pole breaks off at the base and bounces around while swaying 30 feet or more. I gasp and explain to the dispatcher what just happened and told her, “Yes, I need an ambulance.” Sparks were falling on my car because the swaying power lines were above me. People in a nearby catering shop came out and checked on the driver of the truck. I only saw him on his phone in poor lighting but soon afterward the ambulance took him to the hospital. On top of this when I was asked to present my registration and insurance, both were expired. I called my dad and had him bring the insurance card but that one had just expired and called my mom at my house and had her check my NA to get the registration card(s) out of it. Apparently when the NA tag expired it got a new plate because of the 5 yr limit and the tags and VIN numbers were swapped. So my tag on the TT was meant to be on the NA and visa versa. Luckily no ticket was issued to me, no bodily harm was done, and the other driver was at least alive. Bent exhaust on the ranger

Hard to tell but this is the Diff with the driveshaft clean ripped off at the U join cause thats what stopped the light pole from going any further.
